1. Solution Architect

Job Requirement
One needs to be highly proficient in both web and mobile technologies and should have excellent working experience on Web UI and have strong exposure and familarity to technologies like

Mobile Platforms - Android, RIM/Blackberry, Palm Pre, Windows Mobile, iPhones OS X, S60/S40, LIMO
Operator Specs – Vodafone, Orange, Docomo
Domains – WebRun time, Multimedia/streaming, IMS, Browser, SIP, HTTP/Web 2.0, Security, DRM, VPN
Technologies/lanuages – C/C++, J2ME, JavaScript/ECMAScript,JSP, DOM, EJB, AJAX, REST, JQuery or any other JS library

Database and related technologies (SQL, Mqueue)
Enterprise technologies
Should have been involved in customer interactions involving understanding customer requirements, defining solution and converting them into technical requirement, doing estimation and proposals
Should have handson experience to enable technical architecting and guiding the technical team to ensure design integrity and realisation
Should have some exposure to techno-commericial domain

2. Symbian Developers

Job Requirement
Must have in-depth knowledge of Symbian OS internals and drivers and Series60.
Must have strong C/C++ programming skills, good problem solving skills, and experience using software development processes.
Must have working knowledge of data structures, multitasking concepts, and operating systems basics

Must have worked on Mobile handset Application development
SymbianOS/S60 technology knowledge in TSY, MM, Graphics, LBS, SAT, etc is highly desirable
Experience in SymbianOS/S60 build, integration, test and GCF qualification also desirable
Knowledge in real-time microprocessor-based embedded programming and embedded real-time operating systems is a strong plus

3. Linux- Architect Applications & Tech Lead- Application developer.

Job requirement

Should have ability to design multiple applications in at least one or many application domains.
Should have ability to articulate the testing requirements of an application in the chosen application domains
Should have knowledge of processor architecture like ARM, application processors like TI OMAP, STE, Freescale etc…
Should have ability to analyse power management, memory requirements, concurrents usecases etc…
Working knowledge on any of the platforms(Android/GTK/Maemo) is required
Working knowledge of any of the Applications(Telephony/Multimedia/browser/Messaging/Graphics/Connectivity)is required
Working knowledge of any of the application programming(Android Java/J2ME/GTK/Maemo) is required
Should have strong ability to conceptualize software architecture, design and implement the components.
Should have made Open Source contributions, published papers, participated in conferences
Experience for Architects should be greater than 7 years and for Team Leads between 5 to 7 years.

4. Linux – Architects Middleware& DD & Tech Lead - Middleware & DD

Job requirement

Should have ability to design middleware or DD in linux platforms.
Should have ability to articulate the testing requirements of an application in the chosen application domains
Should have knowledge of processor architecture like ARM, application processors like TI OMAP, STE, Freescale etc…
Should have ability to analyse power management, memory requirements, concurrents usecases etc…
In-Depth knowledge on any of the platforms(Android/GTK/Maemo) is required
In-Depth knowledge of more than two of the linux middleware and lowlevel components is required(Telephony/Multimedia/browser/Messaging/Graphics/Connectivity/DD/Linux Kernel,BSP,Bootloader)
Working knowledge of any of the application processor hardware platforms or prototype devices
Should have strong ability to conceptualize software architecture, design and implement the components.
Should have made Open Source contributions, published papers, participated in conferences
Experience for Architects should be greater than 7 years and for Team Leads between 5 to 7 years.

5. Linux Sr. Developers & Integrators

Job requirement

Good C/C++ programmer
Should have developed/integrated applications in any of the following SDKs
Android
GTk/GTk+
Maemo
OR Should have developed/integrated middleware or DD components in linux
Should have done source code packaging using tools like debians etc…
Experience between 3 to 5 years.

6. Linux Developers & Integrators

Job requirement
Good C/C++ programmer
Should have developed applications in any of the following SDKs
Android
GTk/GTk+
Maemo
OR Should have developed middleware or DD components in linux
Experience between 2-3 years.

Job requirement
Good exposure on Java Application Development and ANT Development.
Candidates with work experience on Mobile domain is preferred.
Should have worked on ANT- tool.
Strong knowledge of the web browser and platform inconsistencies
Good understanding and vision regarding the web and the role of large-scale sites.

Experience between 4 to 6 yrs required.
