SPKK's AGM and Annual Picnic

St. Peter's Konkani Kutamb (SPKK) Rustham Bagh, Old Airport road, Bangalore has planned to start the New Year with a get-together of the Kutam, which would be an AGM cum Picnic, very similar to the one conducted at the beginning of last year. The event is scheduled to be held on 17th January 2010 at Canterbury Resort, near Nandi hills.

Apart from the AGM, there will be lots of games for one and all, and lot of gifts to be won, hence to be expected maximum participation, which is why this mail is being sent well in advance. We would leave early morning at 6:45 AM and be back by evening. Breakfast, lunch and tea would be served. Liquor will be sold at cost price. The expenses for the trip is Rs 350/- per adult and Rs 200/- for children below 10 years. The pick-up points will be intimated later on.

Requesting all the members to confirm to us by return mail or contact any of the committee members about their participation so as to enable us to plan for the event, in terms of transport, food, games etc. Members may also bring their friends and relatives, but please intimate us well in advance preferably when you are enrolling your names for the event/trip.

We request each and every one to make it to this meet and encourage the Kutamb.
