HR Specialist– TSSC India
- Will be reporting to HR Manager, Technical & Shared Services, India
- Salary Grade 4-5
- Salary Rs. 4 Lakhs per annum
- 4-6 Years working experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in a HR staffing role at multinational manufacturing companies (US preferred, Tech Center and or Shared service center and or Corporate Headquarters preferred) in India
- Post graduate Degree in related discipline Preferable MSW or MBA.
- Good knowledge of India labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, relationships and leverage diversity in a global enterprise.
- Strong communications skills in English. (For local Languages if applicable)
- Leadership consulting, influencing and coaching skills.
- Skills and experiences in assessment, selection and organizational diagnosis preferred
- Potential and desire to advance into assignments of greater complexity and / or responsibility.
- Strong PC skills
