RKCWA Rajajinagar 10th year
Celebration
Bangalore, Jan 26: Tenth year Celebration started at 4 PM with Holy Mass in
Konkani at Indian Institute of Spirituality. Most Rev Dr. Ignatius Paul Pinto
Arch Bishop Emeritus concelebrated the Holy Mass. Rev Fr. Monsignor Jayanathan
Vicar General of Bangalore Arch diocese, Rev Fr. Vincent Furthado Provincial of
Kapuchin Province, Rev Fr. Lawerence Noronha Spiritual Director Minor Seminary,
Rev Fr. Philip Velakodiyil Dean Indian Institute of Spirituality, Rev Fr. Edwin
Colaco Superior Sacchidananda and other priests were the other Celebrants.

Our YOUTH CHOIR with their
melodious singing made our participation in the Liturgy more devotional. Rev Fr.
Richard D'Souza from Sadbhavana trained our Youth Choir.
After the Holy Mass we all reassembled at TRINITY grounds. Miss Sharel Correa
anchored the programme. Mr. Paul Castelino was the Chief Guest. President Mr.
John Louis Cunha heartily Welcomed one and all, he also recalled the continuous
services rendered by Mr. Valerian Baretto as Secretary for 7 continuous years
then as President for next 2 years. Arch Bishop felicitated Rev Fr. Monsignor
Jayanathan who has been recently elevated as Vicar General. Arch Bishop also
felicitated the founder members of our association.

falicitated by our Arch Bishop.

Chief Guest in his address recalled his experiences in the early years of our
association. Arch Bishop appreciated the good work done by our association and
motivated us to do more. Secretary Albina Vaz proposed vote of thanks. Rev Fr
Lawerence Noronha & Rev Fr. Vincent Furthado distributed the prizes. Members
presented various cultural programmes. Every one enjoyed the traditional
Mangalorean grand gala dinner and Baila dance
