RKCWA Rajajinagar organize Lenten Retreat in Konkani

Bangalore, Mar 15: Rajajinagar Konkani Catholic Welfare Association, Bangalore organized Lenten retreat in Konkani on Sunday 15-march-2009 from 9am in the morning till 4:30 in the evening at Indian Institute of Spirituality, Rajajinagar.
Rev Fr Sunil Kumar D'Souza from Mangalore Diocese was the Preacher and he enlightened us on:

1. Much needed life transformation
2. God's Love
3. My modern family.
4. Forgiveness
5. Who killed Jesus?
6. What were his last words on the cross?

Preaching were followed by Confessions, Adoration and Mass.

250 plus members congregated for the Lenten Retreat. Roughly 50 percent of the faithful were in the age group of 15-30. Choir sung more than 30 devotional hymns. Each session was started with readings from Scriptures. Choir and Bible readings were done by our YOUTH. Our Youth choir group was trained by Rev Fr Salvador Fernandes.
